- Conducting consultations with potential clients to analyze their telecommunications needs
- Qualifying clients for wireless plans and services
- Completing enrollment, follow-ups, and continued communication with clients every step of the process
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals
- Managing and resolving client issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience
- Proactively reaching out to existing clients to introduce new services or upgrades that could benefit them
- Tracking and managing client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions with fellow team members to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with clients
- An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities for connectivity success
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within a team setting
- Being coachable, collaborative, and driven
- Customer service, phone, or telecommunications experience will prepare you for this role
- Wireless sales or telecommunications experience is an excellent addition to your experience
- High school Diploma or GED
