In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions from answering questions to processing orders, providing product information and troubleshooting concerns.   • Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products, services, and sales opportunities.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Team Members to collaborate on goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals, collaborating with the sales team.
  • Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face-to-face environment.
Entry Level Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain products and services and effectively drive sales.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others.
  • Strong problem solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are addressed accurately and efficiently, while contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Our Entry level Customer Service Team Member must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the client.
**Please Note: This is a full-time, onsite entry-level position based in Fredericton, NB. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to our Fredericton location on a daily basis.
