Title: Pre-Delivery Inspector (PDI) Technician
Work Location: Kenworth Mirabel (18160 R. J.-A.-Bombardier, Mirabel, QC J7J 0H5, Canada)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, evening shift
Salary: $23.86 - $35.58/hour + $1.60/hour evening premiumBenefits:
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week
  • Salary between $23.86 - $35.58/hour, depending on experience, + $1.60/hour evening premium
  • Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • 2 weeks of vacation

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Adjust doors, fenders, and hoods
  • Repair rattling noises
  • Install accessories on new and used trucks
  • Perform new vehicle inspections (P.D.I – Pre-Delivery Inspection)
  • Change oil and perform lubrication
  • Perform alignments
  • Regularly clean the work area
  • Always adhere to safety rules
  • Wash trucks and parts
  • Move vehicles as a replacement for the service attendant
Qualifications:
  • Practical knowledge of computers and mastery of received training (e.g., forklift, WHMIS)
  • French and English (spoken and read – functional level)
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and ability to drive heavy vehicles (class 1 – an asset)
  • Team spirit
  • Initiative, autonomy, organization, and planning skills
  • Ability to work in various positions and lift heavy loads
  • Concern for and respect of workplace safety standards
