The Third-Party and Partnership Management Department is responsible for supporting Personal Services to achieve its goals. It provides expertise in developing strategic partnerships and managing them to ensure the health of the Personal Services Executive Division’s third-party ecosystem to improve third-party performance and ensure sound risk management. As Team Leader, Third-Party Management, your role is to assist your manager by providing support to a team of third-party management professionals. You support talent development and employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment where everyone’s contribution is valued. In addition to your role as team leader, you are a third-party management practice leader. You serve as a point person and integrator dedicated to a business line in the Personal Services sector to ensure visibility for priority risks and commitments related to their activities. More specifically, you will be required to :Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development.
