With us, you'll have the freedom to take the place that's rightfully yours.YOUR MANDATEAs a buyer, you will be our television and radio guru. You will negotiate, manage, and execute all radio and television purchases for various accounts and nationally recognized clients. You will work closely with our different media partners in negotiations.EVERY DAY YOU WILL:
- Execute and manage all types of purchases in different markets;
- Collaborate with the audio & video investment management team on various projects;
- Work closely with planning teams as well as various media partners
- Evaluate and share your point of view on media creativity and other special projects;
- Provide constructive, qualitative, and quantitative feedback;
- Prepare various reports for strategy and/or clients (summary, client calendar, post-analysis, client presentation);
- Develop CPPs in collaboration with different teams. You will analyze CPM/CPP for several campaigns per year;
- Prepare client investment forecasts. You will also manage investments and follow up on client agreements;
- Provide training and mentorship in purchasing for assistant buyers and junior buyers in collaboration with managers;
- Support coordinators in managing their priorities and daily work. You will contribute to their development by providing constructive feedback.
- A post-secondary diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or related field;
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Adaptability to change and managing unforeseen circumstances;

- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity;
- Positive leadership, autonomy and initiative;

- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
