
Records Clerk/ Administrative Assistant

- Assist all members of the Records Management department as needed
- Support the Records Management Administrator with departmental tasks
- Process and handle physical records in accordance with firm procedures
- Sort, classify, and code records for entry into records systems
- Conduct active file maintenance, including updating and reorganizing files
- Experience in records management or a related administrative role
- A combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered
- Working knowledge of alphabetic and numeric filing conventions
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using Records Management Software and Document Imaging Software
