Brief Description:Our employer is a leading Canadian distributor of laboratory products, instruments, reagents, and consumables. They are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join their team. This individual will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing initiatives to engage their Life Science and Clinical Science customers, expand their market presence, and enhance brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation, with a passion for communicating complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging way.
Job Function:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, e-mail campaigns, and our website tailored to life science and clinical science audiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow FroggaBio's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- E-mail Marketing: Plan, design, and execute targeted e-mail campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and event invitations.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage marketing workflows to nurture leads and engage customers using automation tools (HubSpot)
- Brand Development: Contribute to strategies that enhance brand awareness and positioning within the scientific community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; experience in life sciences marketing an asset.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or scientific sectors.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, e-mail and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and marketing automation software.
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM
- Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical/scientific information into engaging content.
- Interest in leveraging AI and new cutting-edge software to improve personal and company output.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) an asset.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms preferred.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bilingual, fluency in both French and English is preferred but not required.
