
Spa Operations Manager

- Manage the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa therapists, aestheticians, and concierge personnel.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and calming environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and products as necessary.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and spa promotions to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish performance goals for the team.
- Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with the company's standards and protocols.
- Oversee booking systems for a seamless client experience, from check-in to checkout.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Stay updated on spa trends, wellness innovations, and industry best practices.
- Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Manager or similar role within a spa, resort, or wellness center.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Education: Certification or degree in hospitality, business management, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with spa booking and POS systems (e.g., Fresha or similar platforms).
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Spa Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of spa services, treatments, and products.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
