Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking a Junior Project Control Officer (Project Coordinator) to support digital health operations within a large provincial healthcare environment. The consultant will provide project coordination, onboarding support, operational process execution, and documentation for identity and access management (IAM) activities tied to digital health integration initiatives.This role supports onboarding, registration, and authorization activities associated with an immunization repository consolidation initiative.ScopeCoordinate ONE ID operational activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents, and escalations within SLA timelines.Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication & authorization.Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID initiatives.Contribute to process improvements and documentation aligned with evolving business needs.Assignment DeliverablesProcess Implementation: Support the execution of business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.Operations Support: Coordinate client integration and deliver responsive client support.Project Support: Assist with project coordination for product integration initiatives.Documentation: Produce and update user guides, process documents, and workflow documentation.Expertise RequiredMust Have:2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health.Experience supporting client integration, client support, and business process implementation.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience supporting product integration projects.Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.Nice to Have:Experience working within large, multi-stakeholder healthcare or public-sector environments.Exposure to API-based integrations or system interoperability concepts.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
