- Ensure seamless execution of high visibility regional campaigns and the top tier initiatives from brief in through to delivery, overseeing pre-production, production and post.
- Partner with key project leads and cross functional partners to produce and deliver work that meets business requirements, delivering on time and on budget.
- Manage project risks by identifying options and impacts, offering solutions to remove obstacles, and enrolling executive stakeholders or senior leaders
- Own and manage production budgets (1M+) in partnership with Brand Managers, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting throughout project.
- Inform and manage multi workstream timelines and production schedules through the project lifecycle, in partnership with Brand Marketing and Creative Operations, or alongside Agency partner.
- Manage all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing needs, working in partnership with cross functional partners across legal, insurance, and asset protection teams.
- Maintain a robust production and creative vendor roster, leveraging and managing relationships to support in daily work, and sourcing best in class production partners to bring creative to life
- Onboard, managing and oversee production partners through pre-production, shoot and post production, ensuring clear communication of project needs, and adherence to our ways of working
- Identify production opportunities and create/evolve processes that foster efficiencies, drive results and support the growth of our function and team.
- Provide expertise on production related questions across business, providing training and mentorship to production team, creative team and partners.
- 7-10 years of relevant production experience required
- Previous experience in production required. Agency experience in commercial production is an asset
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing and creative teams, with a keen understanding of the creative workflow and process
- Excels at creative problem solving and critical thinking
- Established industry connections and a roster of production and creative partners
- Experience working within a global retail organization preferred
- Experience leading teams through production timelines and decision gates
- Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
- The ability to travel is required

The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
