You'll leverage data to optimize user experience, implement growth initiatives within the product, and work cross-functionally to align all departments towards our product-led goals. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to scale by enhancing product adoption, increasing user engagement, and driving revenue growth through strategic product improvements and innovations.Your ImpactAs a Product Led Growth Specialist you'll work with our Team to:
  • Optimize the user experience to ensure quick and clear value realization for our users.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for growth and retention, and implement strategies to capitalize on these insights.
  • Develop and execute in-product growth initiatives, such as referral programs, upsell opportunities, and in-app messaging, to increase user acquisition and expansion.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Drive data-informed decisions to enhance product market fit and user satisfaction.
What You Bring to the TableWe're looking for candidates with a proven track record in product-led growth strategies, including user experience optimization, product analytics, and growth initiative development. You should have:
  • Have built, managed and grown PLG teams and grown revenue to at least 150M in B2B Saas for SMB and midmarket
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a product growth or product management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • A self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven work ethic.
  • Experience in CRM tools, Google Docs, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making methodologies is required. Experience with Adwords, Meta certification, and familiarity with sales and marketing processes are considered assets.
