- Responsible for sample management, style number, & colorway creation
- Maintain data integrity in Flex PLM and other relevant systems
- Support daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables & development timelines
- Set up and oversee the style or group of carryover styles through to production readiness • Complete and manage identified style BOM initiation, fabric, trims, and technical components
- Assist in the preparation of fittings and presentations as required
- Facilitate the organization of samples for the product development team as required
- Take clear and concise notes for key meetings and communicate to relevant internal team members as needed
- Facilitate the ordering of wear testing samples with vendors and cross functional partners • Takes a proactive approach to advancing technical and product management knowledge through mentorship and training from senior technical and senior product development team members
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; focused training in Technical Design, Product Management, Product Development or relevant experience preferred
- 0 - 2 years professional experience in relevant industry an asset
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Understanding of Flex PLM or similar PLM software is an asset
- Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills
- Curiosity for change & learning, capable of managing ambiguity
- Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset
- Ability to lift 10kg as needed
