
Senior Vice President, Finance

- Develop and lead the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business goals
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the board of directors on all financial matters, including growth and cost management initiatives, development of KPIs to measure performance against strategic initiatives, and M&A
- Lead the annual budget planning process and long-range financial planning
- Oversee all financial functions, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and billing and deal desk operations
- Ensure financial systems, internal controls, and reporting infrastructure are scalable to support global growth
- Own financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including board and creditor packages, and financial due diligence in support of M&A
- Partner with department heads across all functions to drive financial discipline, resource allocation, and business performance
- Optimize tracking and reporting of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Net Revenue Retention)
- Serve as a data-driven voice in company-wide decision-making
- Develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a complex and rapidly growing global organization
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with experience in global SaaS or tech companies
- Proven track record as a VP or SVP of Finance leading organizations through high growth and scale (ideally from $100M to $300M+)
- Deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics, subscription-based revenue models, and enterprise software
- Experience with international operations, including tax, compliance, and cross-border finance
- Successful track record in board relations and M&A activities
- Strong communication skills and executive presence with a hands-on, yet strategic, mindset
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred
