Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Program Project Coordinator to join their project immediately and will run until August 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has at least 10 + years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing management, or a related field, including proven track record of delivering SAP-focused projects in complex, cross-functional environments. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of on-site work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support IT/SAP business relationship management in end-to-end project oversight.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive project plans and documentation.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure task completion.
  • Meeting Management & Documentation.
  • Attend and document key project meetings.
  • Clear action items with owners and deadlines.
  • Monitor all active project activities and timelines.
  • Track milestone completion and identify potential delays.
  • Follow up on outstanding action items and decisions.
  • Maintain centralized project tracking systems.
  • Stakeholder Communication.
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication of project status updates.
  • Facilitate information flow between all project participant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
