- Attend and document key project meetings.
- Clear action items with owners and deadlines.
- Monitor all active project activities and timelines.
- Track milestone completion and identify potential delays.
- Follow up on outstanding action items and decisions.
- Maintain centralized project tracking systems.
- Stakeholder Communication.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of project status updates.
- Facilitate information flow between all project participant.
