- Oversee special projects assigned such as accreditation and 1st Responder Program;
- Ensure effective improvements and increased efficiency of programs and services;
- Provides advice and guidance in matters requiring interpretation of policies using problem solving approach;
- Provide reports, statistics and evaluations of program activities;
- Participate in the development of community health plans, strategic plan, annual budgets, workplans and reporting requirements;
- Building a productive, cooperative work climate within the team, the organization and with other community agencies;
- Providing direct reports to the Director of Health and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis or as needed.
