This role combines executive-level partnership with hands-on HR execution and requires a seasoned leader adept at managing complexity, influencing across cultures, and developing high-performing teams in multiple geographies.Position Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner closely with senior executives to develop and execute people and organizational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development.
- Lead global initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, succession planning, and inclusion.
- Serve as a strategic HR consultant to leaders while ensuring excellence in core processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
- Anticipate HR-related needs, identify workforce trends, and deliver practical solutions that enable growth and minimize risk.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and practices across regions, partnering with Legal when necessary.
- Support leaders in improving organizational capability, work relationships, and employee retention.
- Identify and monitor training and development needs to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
- Lead and develop HR professionals across multiple regions, creating a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance HR team.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering alignment across diverse global environments while respecting local nuances.
- Build trusted relationships with regional leaders, ensuring HR support is tailored to business needs.
- Guide business leaders through organizational change, enabling growth while minimizing disruption.
- Champion cultural alignment, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness across regions.
- Anticipate workforce and organizational needs, proactively shaping HR solutions for evolving business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR partnership with day-to-day operational excellence
- Proven success operating as a senior HR business partner in a complex, global organization
- Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed HR teams
- Strong track record of influencing senior leaders, driving organizational change, and scaling HR capabilities in fast-paced businesses
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
- Highly organized, operationally disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Culturally adaptable and globally minded
- Multilingual skills strongly preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years partnering directly with senior executives
- Significant experience leading HR in global environments (Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America strongly preferred)
- Track record of success influencing executives and driving both strategic and operational HR initiatives
- Primarily office-based, with some travel for team collaboration.
