We’re looking for an in-office Payroll Administrator in the manufacturing industry. Our client is a growing company known for its friendly and supportive team environment. They have built a workplace where collaboration, respect, and a positive culture are at the forefront, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a company’s continued growth.The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.Payroll Administrator responsibilities:
  • Process full cycle payroll for employees
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and information
  • Ensure payroll compliance with applicable legislation and company policies
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related reports
  • Manage employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Assist with year end payroll activities including T4s and reporting
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • PCP designation or working towards it is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and friendly team environment
Compensation and benefits:
  • Salary range is $55,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
