- Process full cycle payroll for employees
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and information
- Ensure payroll compliance with applicable legislation and company policies
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related reports
- Manage employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Assist with year end payroll activities including T4s and reporting
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- PCP designation or working towards it is an asset
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Salary range is $55,000 $75,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
