Payroll & Employee Expense Administrator (Hybrid)

- Manage full-cycle, multi-provincial payroll for up to 160 employees on a semi-monthly basis
- Administer payroll and remittance accounts in compliance with legislated policies and procedures (CPP, EI, Tax, WCB)
- Process ROEs and T4/T4A forms, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Input onboarding paperwork, compensation changes, and terminations
- Handle high-volume onboarding and offboarding during peak seasonal periods
- Stay current on legislative changes and ensure payroll activities align with provincial standards
- Maintain accurate payroll files and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts
- Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies
- Administer group benefit enrollments, including additions and removals
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and expense reimbursements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- 5+ years of full cycle payroll experience, including multi-provincial processing
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is an asset
- PCP designation or actively pursuing is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards across Canada
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
