Join a global leader delivering critical power, heating, and cooling solutions to keep industrial operations running—where downtime is not an option. You’ll hunt for new business, grow key accounts, and close multi-million-dollar deals by solving complex technical challenges for some of the biggest names in energy.You will:
Develop new business & expand existing accounts (60/40 split)
Build relationships from the plant floor to the C-suite
Design and sell engineered solutions for high-stakes operations
Manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
You bring:
3+ years in technical B2B sales (petrochemical/refinery/oil & gas preferred)
Track record closing large, complex contracts
Strong technical credibility & commercial acumen
Willingness to travel and work in demanding industrial environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary $90,000 to $100,00 plus lucrative commission structure including a guaranteed commission for the first year.
