This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the details, understanding how the numbers flow through a business, and being part of a collaborative, professional environment.What you’ll be doing:- Reconcile bank accounts and support AP/AR to ensure accuracy across financial records
- Prepare journal entries (daily, monthly, and annual)
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
- Keep financial records organized and audit-ready
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiativesWhat they’re looking for:- 3–5 years of accounting experience (post-graduation)
- Background in insurance is highly preferred; experience in professional services (legal, real estate, etc.) is also very relevant
- Solid understanding of Canadian accounting principles
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
