- Evolve and enforce a cohesive brand system across all channels
- Translate positioning and strategy into a clear, compelling visual language
- Set and uphold the quality bar for anything external-facing
- Design high-impact sales decks, pitch materials, and thought leadership content
- Build campaign creative across paid, organic, events, and product launches
- Turn complex, technical ideas into clear and compelling visual outputs
- Design web pages, landing pages, and product storytelling experiences
- Partner with Marketing and Product to visually explain complex systems
- Think in systems and optimize for clarity, conversion, and credibility
- Create and direct visual concepts for video, motion, and product walkthroughs
- Design motion graphics and social clips where motion adds real value
- Collaborate with editors or freelancers as needed to bring ideas to life
- Act as a creative partner to Marketing, Product, and executive leadership
- Work alongside our contractors, providing specific feedback to elevate design when deliverables compromise the bar for quality
- Ensure Forma.ai maintains a sharp look conveying our status as a premium brand supporting global enterprise customers
- 6-10+ years of brand or visual design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex technical products
- A portfolio demonstrating range, taste, and systems thinking
- You've built modular brand systems (components, templates, and guidelines) that scale across channels and teams
- Experience working directly with C-suite and cross-functional leaders on presentation decks
- High-craft brand execution across key marketing surfaces, including web and landing pages, decks, campaigns, and motion/video assets
- End-to-end ownership with speed and rigor - you move fast without lowering the bar
- Strong opinions and stronger judgment - you can articulate the “why,” advocate for quality, and make smart tradeoffs when constraints show up
- Website redesign experience, including partnering with developers and/or managing external agencies to ship polished, performant pages
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation deck design, video tools, and modern web design
- You don't need to code, but you've worked closely with developers, and can deliver clean, build-ready files and specs that translate into final production accurately

- Salary range: $100K - $135K CAD
