
HR Generalist & Payroll

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent roles across Canadian locations
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring completion of employment documentation and policy acknowledgments
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and relations
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Prepare employee communications, letters, and other documentation
- Administer Canadian health benefits and Group Registered Savings Plan (GRSP)
- Manage benefit enrollments, updates, and annual reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and CRA-related filings for seasonal employees
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reporting, including Worker's Compensation submissions
- Coordinate and deliver training on HR policies and benefits, both virtually and in-person
- Develop training materials tailored to session topics and audiences
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
