
M365 Product Manager

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of M365 products, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization
- Stay informed about the latest developments and updates in M365 products, understand the potential impact to custom developed features and communicate these changes to the team and business users
- Create and maintain product vision and roadmap for any custom developed Microsoft 365 solutions
- Prioritize feature requests and work items in conjunction with business leaders and technology management based on the business value, user feedback and technical feasibility
- Develop in depth knowledge of the user base and how technology products are used on a day-to-day basis by the business
- Manage the rollout of new features and updates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new tools and features
- Create and deliver training programs and materials to educate team members on M365 products and best practices
- Coordinate and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for M365 products in conjunction with the Application Support team, addressing any issues that arise
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Microsoft 365 products
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience using M365 Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams working in an Agile framework
- Skilled in developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate rapid adoption of new tools and features
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or related fields are considered an asset
