
Associate Professional, Sales Support Dell/Cisco

- Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
- Creating quotes for customers and sending ETA's (estimated time of arrivals).
- Provides support to Sales teams (inside/outside) representatives within Ingram.
- Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned vendors.
- Ensure timely responses to service level agreements (SLAs), consistently meeting the 2-4 hour turnaround time for inquiries and requests.
- Maybe responsible for data research, aligning numbers to customers' accounts.
- Expected to provide late shift coverage on vendor quarter-end and month-end periods.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service background.
- Familiar with Dell storage solutions and networking technologies would be ideal.
- Analytical professional with strong skills in data research and interpretation.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Resilient and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
