
Partner Account Manager, Cisco

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Cisco partners, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate Cisco sales growth.
- Drive Cisco product, software, and recurring revenue adoption across assigned partners.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and market share targets in collaboration with Cisco.
- Educate partners on Cisco's portfolio, promotions, and partner programs (including Lifecycle Advantage and Partner Incentives).
- Support partners in building Cisco practice capabilities in security, collaboration, networking, and cloud.
- Forecast sales accurately and manage pipeline through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Cisco channel managers and Ingram Micro teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Drive adoption of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) practices to help partners deliver value to end customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of channel sales, distribution, or vendor account management experience (Cisco experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Cisco's go-to-market strategy, portfolio, and partner programs is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics experience a plus).
