As an Engineering Manager on the Fabric Platform Shell team, you will lead a team of talented engineers to build world-class experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborating closely with UX & UI designers, product managers, program managers, and other engineers throughout the product feature development lifecycle. Driving technical excellence and innovation by identifying gaps and implementing best practices. Ensuring the team follows agile methodologies and maintains a high level of productivity. Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Works with stakeholders to define user needs and ensures solutions address security and privacy. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 2+ years people management experience, leading and mentoring engineering teams. 4+ years demonstrated expertise in web application development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one popular web frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. 4+ years people management experience, leading and mentoring engineering teams. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience building data engineering tools.
