Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.Why this role is important?CHEF-COSMÉTICIENNEDescription du poste- Vente : objectifs de vente annuels, mensuels, hebdomadaires- Soutenir les programmes en place : Optimum, Ventes Ipad, toute promotion en cours.- Objectifs financiers à atteindre pour le département (Indicateurs spécifiques). Communiquer ces objectifs au reste de l’équipe- Activités, Évènements spéciaux dans le département- Gestion d'une petite équipe (5-6 cosméticiennes) avec le soutien occasionnel du gérant: Embauche, Formation, Horaires, Supervision, Objectifs, Rendement, Feuilles de temps. "Coaching" offert- Gestion des plaintes des clients du département. Suivis clients.- Participation aux réunions de gestion- Responsable de l’image du département des cosmétiques.- Respect des Standards de département (Planogrammes, Marchandisage)- Gestion d’inventaire (BIMI, SIMI, Comptes cycliques hebdomadaires)
- Retours du département- Rencontres avec les représentantsProfil recherché- Expérience en service à la clientèle, en Vente- Créative- Bonne gestion du temps
- Capacité à gérer la pression
- Capacité à respecter les échéanciers- Autonome- Facilité à communiquer- Candidat(e) dynamique- Interet pour les media sociaux : un atoutConditions de travail- Poste temps-plein permanent- Horaires variables mais stables (Département ouvert tous les jours: 8h-22h)
