SummaryWe are passively seeking Senior React Developers to join our team in anticipation of future hiring needs. While the demand for this role has not yet been realized, we are eager to build an engaged pipeline for future needs.As a React Developer at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining React.js applications or software solutions for a leading North American Bank. This long-term staff augmentation role requires strong expertise in Front-end Development with React. You will collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions to our client.What will your typical day look like?
  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
