Experience working on different computer applications (example Microsoft word, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel);
Experience with and understanding of, workplace compliance standards, regulations, inspections, investigations, audits, policies and procedures, as they relate to heavy duty, light duty vehicles and equipment in an industrial setting;
Experience with basic mechanical comprehension;
Experience in the delivery, assessment, development, evaluation of training materials and curriculums related to heavy duty, light duty vehicles, other types of equipment and attachments, in both theoretical (classroom) and practical (field) settings.

Conditions of EmploymentThis is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment:

TMB Certification on heavy equipment (grader, loader, dump truck or tractor trailer), to be obtained within 6 months of hire,
Transportation of Dangerous Goods and WHMIS Certificate (to be obtained within 1 month of hire),
Standard first aid certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hire),
Yukon Class 1 driver's license with air endorsement

Job RequirementsThis is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following job requirements:

Travel throughout the Territory
Work in adverse weather conditions,
Work outside of headquarters area for extended periods of time,
Use personal protective equipment
