- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

- Design and execute new in-app merchandising strategies leveraging high-impact consumer moments.
- Manage the end-to-end setup of merchandising events across various app surfaces, including identifying relevant merchants and tagging offers and campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
- Build and run structured experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
- Analyze performance data to determine which efforts drive incremental value to the business.
- Use insights to refine and optimize merchandising approaches for stronger impact.
- Leverage SQL to extract and manipulate data for campaign setup, targeting, and reporting.
- Work independently with large datasets to uncover trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across functions to guide strategy and iteration.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or digital merchandiser.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience manipulating large datasets.
- Excellent proficiency with G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Calendar).
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in operations, marketing, or merchandising within tech or consumer platforms.
- Experience with digital merchandising (app or web) is a strong asset.
- Ability to balance creative problem-solving with analytical rigor.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and working with e-commerce or tech marketing teams/agencies is a plus.
