Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end inventory tracking and product ordering for bakery items including pastries and cookies
  • Coordinate product sourcing and delivery logistics to the fulfillment location
  • Handle shipping operations and order fulfillment coordination from home-based distribution center
  • Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Amazon)
  • Support comprehensive e-commerce operations from inventory management to customer delivery
  • Create and manage product content including descriptions and visual coordination
  • Provide administrative support for online bakery operations and vendor relationships
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively manage reorder processes to prevent stockouts
Requirements
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and/or Amazon a must (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory management and order coordination are essential, along with familiarity with online product listing and management processes.
  • You're comfortable working independently in a remote environment with excellent attention to detail for managing food product orders and shipping logistics.
  • Bonus if you have experience with food retail or bakery operations. It helps if you're familiar with Canadian shipping providers and logistics networks.
