Key Requirements:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of equipment, including Viking, RDS, USL machines, paint machines, and conveyor belts.
- Ensure all machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime. Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtime.
- Parts Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies, ensuring maintenance tasks can be completed without delay.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, schedules, and documentation.
- Follow established maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
