- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Holds the Canadian Payroll Association Certification (PCP or CPM) or is actively working towards completion.
- Brings a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, including experience with complex payroll scenarios and escalations.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
- Recognized for your analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and process improvement.
- Due to the nature of the role and interactions with national clients, bilingualism in French and English is required
