Your Opportunity:Assisted Living Alberta (ALA) - Business Support and Quality, Edmonton and North have an immediate opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Administrative Support IV to support the Financial Analytics and Contract Support, Clinical Informatics Support, and Analytics and Reporting teams. This role provides advanced administrative and operational support in a complex, data driven environment and is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing access and service requests, maintaining SharePoint content, supporting centralized inboxes, preparing confidential materials, and producing reports, correspondence, and analytical products. The position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel skills, experience with data collection and data entry tools (e.g., REDCap, Excel, Access), and the ability to develop data driven charts, graphs, infographics, and presentations while supporting efficient day to day operations.Description:As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:Some post-secondary education. Additional Required Qualifications:Candidates must demonstrate computer proficiency through a hands-on assessment, including adequate typing speed and advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook, and internet-based tools. Advanced Excel skills and a minimum of three years of secretarial experience, preferably in a health-related, data-focused environment, are required. Experience with the Connect Care clinical information system and large-scale data remediation is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; and a demonstrated record of reliability and dependability. Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with the Connect Care clinical information system. Advanced training and experience in information system data management.
