Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus + benefitsOverviewOur client is a well-established General Contractor with a steady pipeline of work across commercial, institutional, and multi-unit residential projects. They are looking to add a Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from early planning through to completion.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working on a range of builds, staying close to home, and being part of a collaborative, tight-knit team.Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through to close-out
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams
- Support procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Monitor progress and proactively address challenges
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience managing construction projects with a General Contractor
- Exposure to ground-up and/or building projects across commercial or residential sectors
- Comfortable managing projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Someone who values team collaboration and a practical, hands-on approach
