- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant, Supervisor or in a related restoration or construction role
- College diploma or an equivalent mix of education, professional training, and relevant experience will be considered
- Knowledge of restoration processes, building codes, and health and safety practices
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret scopes, plans, and estimates
- Experience with Xactimate or estimating software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications
- IICRC or equivalent certifications an asset; ability to obtain WRT certification required
- Valid driver's license (FULL G) and clean driving abstract
- Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
