We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support global sales efforts across North America and EMEA. This role focuses on generating and qualifying pipeline, engaging prospects, and driving early-stage sales for Agentic AI and Supply Chain / EDI solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, excels at outbound prospecting, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (ICP, need, budget, timeline).
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and requirements.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Communicate value propositions for Agentic AI and Supply Chain / EDI services.
- Articulate how solutions improve efficiency, visibility, and automation.
- Handle initial objections and nurture prospects through early sales stages.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams to progress deals.
- Support follow-ups, proposals, and ongoing prospect engagement.
- Engage with prospects across North America and EMEA, adapting to regional nuances.
- Participate in campaigns, webinars, and events to drive lead generation.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain high activity levels and consistent follow-through.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, AI, or supply chain solutions is a plus.
- Exposure to global markets (North America/EMEA) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and multitask effectively.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Consistent achievement of activity and pipeline generation targets.
- High-quality lead qualification and conversion to opportunities.
- Strong collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes.
