- Our team works closely with Real Estate, Business Lines and Technology teams on initiatives related to Moves, Openings, Relocations & Technology upgrades or decommissions ensuring the right services align to now & future state.
- We provide a cost-effective service to deliver Technology to our partners for the future in our North American Campus, Retail and Home locations.
- Enabling our colleague’s productivity and ease of use no matter where they work.
- Deliver large real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality!
- Oversight of multiple IT Real Estate projects
- Strong Knowledge to map IT services to Real Estate design.
- Communicate with business partners, IT and Real Estate efficiently.
- Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings, requirements, processes, and communication,
- Collaborate with vendors: Construction, IT, Audio Video, Real Estate.
- Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively.
- Review office layout and construction drawings for technology requirements where this could be a new floor or a existing floor.
- Create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.
- Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the office prior to renovation.
- Order and coordinate the technology installation in the office.
- Organize technology training for the executives and their assistance for the new technology.
- Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure and project changes are properly approved.
- Review the existing and new space for technology requirements.
- Work with the move team on technology requirements
- Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location after business unit moves out.
- Order and coordinate the technology installation in the new location office.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Understanding network side of physical technology (meeting rooms, working with multiple vendors),
- At least one project working within real estate within the technology side
- someone who can take accountability for their work
- Strong prioritization/time management/organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Agile certification
- PMP certification
