- Uphold and enforce company safety policies, coordinating with Safety Managers to meet safety goals.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, financial forecasting, and status reporting.
- Direct and supervise project administration, engineering staff, and work collaboratively with project superintendents.
- Implement and enforce construction site rules and procedures, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design partners, handling day-to-day communications.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, project costs, revenue tracking, and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Conduct internal and client-facing project status reviews and reports.
- Handle invoicing, progress payments, and financial management tasks.
- Strategize staffing, personnel development, and ensure compliance with training and regulatory standards.
- Resolve issues related to labor, staffing, materials, and contract administration.
- Regularly update stakeholders on significant project developments.
- Over 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and other project/cost management tools.
- Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
