Job Description:We're seeking Security to join us at The Dusty Boot! The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub and live music in downtown Banff. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards and a chef-driven menu (served until 10pm). Saddle up and settle in. Must be whisky drinking age, 18+. Want to know more? They monitor the floor, manage crowd flow, handle incidents calmly and professionally, and support staff in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. What You'll Do:
Greet guests
Check IDs and enforce all AGLC guidelines
Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and venue
De-escalate conflicts
Exhibit duty of care
What You Have:
Experience in a nightclub or hospitality environment (preferred)
ProServe, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR certifications required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule required
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
