Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.Essential Job FunctionThe following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Ability to design, implement and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes and associated applications
  • Comfortable with Project Management software and entering data for all projects
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
  • Strength in leading/influencing cross functional team members to completion of projects
  • Knowledge of project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity
  • Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
  • Above average Excel skills with the ability to develop complex pivot tables
  • Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests
  • Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Sitting on a regular basis
  • Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location
