- Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDRs working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Nooks)
- Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Levels Decision Makers
- Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices
- Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan
- Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs
- Ensure BDRs have a development plan in place
- 7+ years' experience in the IT or Business Software industry (SAAS Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software)
- 5+ years 'experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team
- Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts
- Number-driven and result-oriented
- Full proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent writing skills
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Business Degree Preferred
