We are driven by innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving diverse communities.The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director, Information Technology to lead our technology, communications, and cybersecurity portfolio. This role will shape our multi-year IT Roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure and systems are secure, accessible, and future-ready, while enabling digital transformation that improves client and staff experiences.What You’ll DoAs Senior Director, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of our IT and Communications Roadmap, aligning with our strategic priorities.
- Architect a future-ready infrastructure strategy, balancing on-premises, SaaS, and PaaS solutions for optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, introducing and scaling innovative technologies that improve service delivery and collaboration.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive technology, ensuring compliance with AODA and inclusive design principles.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and other regulations, while embedding a culture of cyber vigilance across the organization.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing IT team to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative solutions.
- Build partnerships with sector organizations to advance shared systems, interoperability, and technology collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM are assets).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated success leading IT, communications, digital transformation, and cybersecurity in complex, multi-site environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, telecommunications systems, and security frameworks.
- Strong understanding of privacy, security, and accessibility requirements in the community or healthcare sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
