- A centrally located office in the heart of downtown Edmonton that is easily accessible.
- You will become an integral part of the Bridge Management Group and will be supporting inspection and bridge asset management projects and standard/major bridge and culvert projects for a variety of public and private sector clients including St. Albert, Parks Canada, and many other jurisdictions across the province.
- You will work with the team to grow the practice area, collaborate with clients, plan and carry out inspection/maintenance programs, and manage projects within the defined budget and quality requirements.
- There will be opportunities to develop your technical skills and undertake structural engineering design.
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution. Post-graduate degree in structural engineering is an asset.
- Registered, or eligible for registration as an Engineer-In-Training with APEGA.
- 1-2 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- Strong commitment to self-development and continuous learning.
- Experience in construction supervision, experience with bridges is an asset.
- Experience in structural inspections of existing structures is an asset.
- Knowledge of construction methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Committed team player and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence.
