- Providing fulsome support for pre and post release transactions, capturing information and reconciling data
- Managing Global Client Engagement Inbox
- Configuring Financial Institution setup
- Configuring Financial Institution clients & partner setup
- Integrated Partner configuration and set up
- Working through File Uploads/Customized Reconciliation Files
- Responding to general queries from new and existing customers
- Supporting the Global Client Engagement Team
- 2 - 5 years’ successful customer service experience.
- Payment handling an asset, experience in client relationship management ideal
- IT proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time sensitive queries, ownership until resolution is solved
- Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
