Our client, a leading engineering organization, is expanding its team and looking to add a Lead Structural Engineer to their team. This is a remote role for projects within the USA.Your experience you bring will include:

Proven experience in leading engineering teams.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with transmission station structures and overhead transmission lines with operating voltages not less than 115 kV

Previous experience in the design of heavy industrial structures in the power industry

Your responsibilities will include:

Oversee the planning and execution of civil and structural engineering projects.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Perform structural analysis and calculations.

Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
