- Administer the workflow and schedule per the business’ needs.
- Update the schedule using software and tools on a timely basis.
- Organize, prepare and communicate information to the team related to the schedule, such as absence management, onboarding of new team members, training, etc.
- Review and include team member absence requests on the schedule in a timely fashion, including vacation, time off, study leaves, etc.
- Liaise between employees, management and Human Resources and participate in various administrative functions.
- Assist the Operations Lead with reporting and budgeting process.
- Participate in any special projects, as needed.
- DEC, AEC or DEP in an administration related field;
- 3 years in a similar position and/or experience in a professional environment;
- Experience in coordinating workflow, schedules and projects.
- Bilingual, French and English;
- Strong computer skills, including excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to manage stress and mulitple priorities;
- Detail-oriented and accurate;
- Flexibility to work overtime, when necessary.
- In-office presence required.
