What You'll Do:
Support the Chef in leading and mentoring the kitchen team
Ensure food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency meet company standards
Oversee food preparation, organization, and cleanliness of the kitchen
Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure supplies are on time and within budget
Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and compliance with safety regulations
Train staff and foster a strong team culture
What You Have:
2-3 years of culinary experience required
Previous supervisory kitchen experience is an asset
Food Safety certification (training provided if needed)
Understanding of kitchen procedures and staff training best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Proven team player with a talent for uniting and motivating others
Excellent communicator who values a positive workplace culture
Flexible schedule required
