- Ensure food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency meet company standards
- Oversee food preparation, organization, and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure supplies are on time and within budget
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and compliance with safety regulations
- Train staff and foster a strong team culture
- 2-3 years of culinary experience required
- Previous supervisory kitchen experience is an asset
- Food Safety certification (training provided if needed)
- Understanding of kitchen procedures and staff training best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Proven team player with a talent for uniting and motivating others
- Excellent communicator who values a positive workplace culture
